March 3, 2012: Byron Katie Workshop

Lyn Gates will present The Work of Byron Katie in workshop style. The Work of Byron Katie is a way of identifying and questioning the thoughts that cause all the fear, violence, depression, frustration, and suffering in the world. Experience the happiness of undoing those thoughts through The Work, and allow your mind to return to its true, awakened, peaceful, creative nature. The Work is a simple yet powerful process of inquiry that teaches you to identify and question the thoughts that cause all the suffering in the world. It’s a way to understand what’s hurting you, and to address the cause of your problems with clarity.

"My life long quest for self-completion, quite simply, ended when I was introduced to the Work. It quickly became clear to me that I was the missing piece I had been looking for and that I need go no further than my own heart, to find answers to all my questions. Little by little, as I work daily, I notice as the darkness surrenders to the light and my fears dissolve in love. I never cease to be in awe of the profound nature of four simple questions and I would love to share the joy and laughter that knowing them brings to my life." Lyn Gates
